COVID-19 And Your Business: Discovery vs. Recovery

Right now as a business owner, you are faced with two options—-you can either focus on recovery—-worrying about how you’re going to come out of this interruption of business and life.

Or, you can focus on discovery—-exploring ideas and innovation that will lead you out of this interruption and into the future.

I recently heard a speaker by the name of Delatorro McNeal say tough challenges never last but tough people do.

Now is the perfect time to demonstrate your toughness.

Work on elevating your brand—-discovering new ways to make a customers time with your business more efficient enjoyable and exceptional.

Businesses that focus on discovery—-exploring new and previously overlooked opportunities to excel, will have an edge over those who are taking a wait and see approach.

Don’t wait for good things to happen to you. You may be waiting a very long time.

Be proactive right now in discovering the unlimited and exciting ways to differentiate your brand in the way you serve your community and your customers.

Focusing on that high level of discovery will be far more rewarding than being complacent while waiting for recovery.
